So, here we are, first day of Herbology Master Class is behind us and it’s time to sum up impressions. Sorry for possible grammatical mistakes, I’m writing this in speed because lots of other things needs to be done during the weekend.
This is first time that we are organizing a course with international guests and due to lack of space we were limited on maximum 10 participants but I can already see now that for next course we will have to rent bigger room.

So, what happened on first day? It started with explaining the basics of TCM with main focus on greatest Chinese teacher, Lao Zi. Lao Zi is most famous by his book Tao Te Ching and by his great discovery of meridians and human energy field. He was the first person who discovered meditation and used it to regenerate him self. His main focus was on Yin Yang and using this formula he discovered many patterns of nature which were completely unknown in that time.
After Lao Zi, focus was more on concrete topics of human organs and meridians. Western medicine is mainly focused on sickness and do not understand the internal connectivity and dependency. Western medicine is also focusing a lot on brain while TCM have main focus on 5 main organs, heart, spleen, kidneys, lungs and liver and all other supporting organs like gall bladder, digestion… Brain is only a product of organ activity. If organs are out of balance, brain activity will be affected.
Main cause of all sickness are emotions and these emotions are produced by 5 main organs. Heart: fear, Spleen: thinking, Lungs: worry, Kidneys: depression and Liver: anger. These main emotions are main cause for cancers, tumors, heart diseases and any other health disorders. Many people believe that emotions are part of their personality and cannot be changed or, for worse, they are proud of them. The fact is that people with certain emotions are just sick because their organs are out of balance. Organs can be balanced by stimulating energy points on our meridians and this can be done by several methods like acupuncture, massage, certain food combination and with some types of exercises but the best way to balance your organs and emotions is with meditation / relaxation and practicing of quieting your mind.

Our body contains network of meridians where energy circulates. These meridians are completely invisible by modern technology. If meridians are damaged by some physical force like operation, cuts or other injuries they can be only recovered by meditation / relaxations, no other technique or substance can recover them.

This is just quick overview of the the topics covered on 1st day. Today main topic will be 5 elements and how they shape our personality.

To understand and use Life Technology in best possible way, each of us require certain type of intelligence. Our intelligence is made of lots of different ingredients but major ones are coming from our genetic, education and from general life experience. Some people are born intelligent and some people train them self to increase their level of intelligence.

There are 3 basic types of intelligence, Clever, Smart and Wise, and they are representing different degrees of evolution in human intelligence.
Here I would like to point out some basic differentiations between those three:

Clever:
Clever people are those who use their own ideas and experience to deal with situations and people. They lean very much on parents genes, they are very proud of their roots and usually their life views are very similar to their parents. They collect experience on the street, on the go (street wise) and they build very strong ego to protect them selves and to survive tough conditions. Clever people either are not aware of laws or they are simply ignoring them and not taking them as something serious. Because of that these kind of people often ends up in criminal activities and have lots of legal problems for which they have no skills to fight against.

Cleverness is the lowest type of intelligence which can bring you somewhere and produce certain results but on the long run these kind of people lose their orientation and sense of justice and this puts them in conflict with their families, friends and legal institutions.

Smart:
Smart people are one step above clever ones. They are very curious and willing to learn many things. They suck information from books, internet and people and they use it to create their own reality and sense of justice. Smart people are able to impress others with their knowledge and they really strive on that. More people react positive on their knowledge, more they want to learn further. Their mind set is very simple. More information they input in their head more useful they can be and according to that philosophy they spend most of their life learning and sorting out information with their own heads. They are very well aware of the law and they make sure they don’t break one, but if they do, they will make sure that nobody finds out. Smart people are relying very much on their brain in dealing with relationships and socializing and because of that it’s very hard for them to understand people’s emotions. They are trying to apply their book knowledge but in most cases they fail causing relationships to break, misunderstanding with kids and general problems in socializing.

Wise:
If cleverness was the ideal of the past and being smart is very much supported by school systems in present than wisdom is the type of intelligence which will be required in the future to achieve good life results. Wise people are those who are learning from nature, are very flexible in accepting new things and letting go old. They are not afraid to communicate on any level and to share their emotions or personal views. Wise people usually live very simple life on material level but very rich in therms of friendship, traveling and socializing. Wise people have goals which are always above personal needs and they crave to help many people.
Key for wisdom is to understand and accept current laws and knowledge but being very open for learning something new. Wise people are leaning on nature to show them way forward and to explain things.

Summary:
This is very raw way of dividing human intelligence and most of us are mixed with few of them. Some people are more smart but in some life situations they can react with wisdom. Some people are very wise all their life but in some situtions they react with cleverness.

General conclusion is that there are less and less people who are reacting with cleverness and more and more people who are craving for wisdom. Trough history we learn that we can’t just rely on ourselves to deal with problems and that in many cases book knowledge is simply not enough to understand nature of things.

Our world is going trough quite difficult period where basically all human and earth values are now in serious jeopardy. Economy, health, environment and all other human basics are in need for new understanding and directions. If we don’t find solutions to change the current course in next 40-50 years humanity will face with greatest challenge ever. Extinction.

There is only one way to avoid this to happened and this is wisdom. We have to go over our own boundaries, city boundaries and country boundaries and we have to use wisdom to understand things on higher level than we are used to. Wisdom is just expansion of our views. When you are clever your view is mainly to protect and develop yourself, family and maybe few more close friends. Everything out of that circle is simply ignored. Smart people are using their knowledge to help more people but usually they get confronted with another city, political party or country and have great difficulties to go beyond that. Wise people have no borders. Everybody on the planet are human being and they all deserve to live happy and free life. They always think big and trying to make peace with everybody as much is possible.

Root of all our problems is that we are not positive and we can spend our life time blaming other people for their mistakes, wrong decisions and bad actions. Wise people are always trying to understand people and their actions and are always ready to approach them in peaceful way to find out what was the reason for their actions. With this kind of approach they can easily make these people to change their minds and to correct their mistakes.

And the question is now, how to get more wisdom? I would say the main rule would be, listen more, talk only when you have something positive to say. Do not judge people by their actions, try to find out what made them to react like this. Root of all negative that is happening in the world is fear. Fear of lack of money, fear of lack of love and fear of death. Learn how to deal with fear and you are wise person. And how to deal with fear? That’s completely new topic

Its been long time since my last post. I must say that I’m really lazy when it comes to blogging. Twitter is really killing blog activities overall.
Many times people ask me to elaborate my opinions on certain topics and I would really like one day to catch up with all those things.

Today topic is something which I stirred over Twitter and I felt it should be expanded and explained over blog.

As some of you know, I spend lots of time studying Face Reading and Body Language by attending many courses all over the world and in same time developing my own intuition to catch up signs just like that. No books, no reading, just over the air .

Everything around us have its own meaning and there is no randomness. Everything is in perfect balance and serves the purpose. Face Reading and Body Language are based on that principle and for those who had chance to get glimpse of it are truly amazed how true the whole knowledge is.

Our body is perfect reflection of our energy (some people are calling this energy soul and some people are referring to it as stamp of our destiny). Every wrinkle, mole, scar, color of the skin, bone deformation are reflection of our energy and are containing information about our life, destiny, mentality, personality etc.

As far I know, there is no book where you can learn this. I was lucky enough to spend lots of time with some greatest Chinese masters who thought me how to read some of these signs (there are literally thousands of facial and body signs) and how to use intuition to develop your own sense of catching up signs and understanding them.

Here I will explain 4 of them, and they are all related to relationships.

High heels
This one already put few woman on fire when I mentioned but I would try to elaborate so that most people will understand. I would like also to add that this is only my research and I don’t claim it’s 100% correct but definitely have it’s own validity.

Did you ever check out women passing by shoe shop? Its like drug for them, almost same when man passing shop window with Ferrari in it . Its all about body language and for women shoes are probably the most important part of that language. Whenever they choose shoes or any other piece of clothes, they are trying to send message out. “Hi, this is me!”. The main purpose of shoes is to impress existing or potential partner and sometimes to impress your boss, colleagues or friends. Each shoe type represent certain message. Flat shoes represent woman who are mostly family orientated and are relatively surrendered to husband. These woman are quite satisfied with their partners and are very house orientated. Most of these woman are not having professional aspirations to build successful career. In general I call these woman followers but don’t get fooled by the title because many of these quite woman are actually guiding their partners but on very subtle way.

And now about high heels. The strongest message which is sent out by these type of shoes is power. Woman are wearing high heels to send message of either resistance, independence or as sign of search for new partner. Woman with high heels are not settled, they are fully engaged in bringing some change in their life whether it’s business, partner or something else. This is also the main reason why man likes woman with high heels because of their power and specially they like them because they have to fight for them. They are definitely not an easy catch.

Walking with partner
When couple walks down the street there are many signs which could show you in what kind of relationship they are. Here I will talk only about which sides they are taking. It sounds like something which happened randomly but its far away from randomness. The person who is on the left side (watching them from the back) and holding partner with his / her right hand is actually leader in this relationship. Its hard to explain in just one post how this works but it’s connected with energy flow of two objects (in our case, people). Our body is regulated mainly by energy channels which we call meridians. When two people join together these meridians starts to interact with each other and they create unique energy field which have its own rules and in this case the main rule is that person on left side is taking over the leading position.

If you start looking at couples you will notice that sometimes the person on right side looks very dominate because its noisy and looks macho (usually man) but don’t get fooled by that, the woman on left side is pulling the strings on subtle way and in privacy he is mostly very surrendered.

And don’t get me wrong, this doesn’t mean that person on the left is leader only while they are walking, it represents the overall leadership in their relationships.

Next two are basic signs in Face reading and are only applied for women. For men these signs mean something else.

Bump on the nose
If woman have a bump on her nose, specially in middle part, regardless whether this bump is there from birth or it happened in some accident during life, it represents problems in relationships and specially problems in age of 42. Woman with bump on her nose when she comes in age of 42 will either separate from her partner or will have extreme difficult time. The bigger bump is, the bigger trouble in relationship.
I’ve been examine this particular sign for many years now and I can only say after meeting dozens of cases that is 100% accurate.

Mole under eye
Here is another classic which never proofed wrong. A mole which is placed approximately 2-4 cm below woman’s eye, in the middle, represents basically a tear which is also sign of relationships trouble. It means more specifically that the woman will cry in her relationships. It doesn’t mean that she will literally cry (although she could) but it means that she will mostly feel unappreciated and unloved.

These 4 examples are just a glimpse of what you can find out using knowledge from Face Reading & Body Language.

I guess most of you are thinking now what you can do if you have these signs? My personal experience gave me quite clear answer on that question. If you know what certain sign on your body represent and if you truly accept and recognize it in your life than you have big chance to change the essence of it and avoid the trouble or at least make it less damaging. In the case that you are not aware of these signs or you are ignoring them than in that case you are fully run by them on auto pilot bringing negative happenings in your life and lots of unanswered questions.

Some people are also asking why somebody have them and somebody not. These signs are just presentation of your past life time and they are showing you your life path and obstacles which are on your way. Its like a road map which shows you damage roads, gas stations and all other usefull information which can help you achieve your goals. We all have different destiny and different problems to overcome and thats why we all have different faces and bodies.

Michael Arrington asked yesterday how much time we vaste on internet?
I’m glad he asked this question and I can say that I’m definitely decreasing my Internet “foot print”.

And not just that, my long therm goal is to develop business on such level that I don’t need to use computer personally anymore. At least not in the way how we are using it now.

I’m part of international research team and we discovered long time ago that computers are pretty bad for our health. But I’m not talking here about screen radiation. It’s something more dangerous on long therm.

I call it “Information overload”.

Everything we read it gets stuck in our brain / energy system whether we are aware of it or not. Computers / Internet gave us amazing variety of tools to improve our lives but it’s also bringing some bad stuff.

All information we take are stored in our energy system and takes certain amount of place and energy. Knowing that probably 95% of these information are taken from more less pure boredom and we will not need it any time later we are coming to situation that “human RAM” is suffering from energy spam and lack of space.

What happened when our energy system lacks space? The energy meridians, which are the vital point of our body, needs to have free space for free flow.
Cluttered information which we read all over the internet or other medias are on their ways and it results in bad performance and not being able to supply energy to our organs. Only part of the body which works well in that case is brain but rest of the body gets pretty much cut off from supply. But even brain will be affected after long time of miss use.

One way to fight with information overload is to practice certain exercises and relaxation techniques which would help us release those
blockages. But if you spend on computer 10-15 hours a day even that will not help you and you will slowly start to feel the consequences.

The only true way to fight information overload is to work on yourself, be clear with your goals and use these goals as guidance to filter out information which you don’t need.

Consequences of information overload can be different. Sleeping disorder, digestion problems, headaches, anxiety are just few of hundreds health disorders which we could develop from being in front of the computer for long time and sucking all those unnecessary information.

At the moment work on computer is celebrated as very advanced job. But not for long. I’m sure that all those internet boy geniuses like Biz Stone, Marc Zuckerberg or Kevin Rose are more interested in live communication, meeting people and traveling than staring in computer for hours.

Internet / Computers should be a service which sits on the side and serve our lives. The purpose of Internet is not Internet itself. It’s the service which you get from it to improve your daily life activities.

More and more this newly discovered freedom of speech and democracy is bringing us to new level of problem which is information overload.
We, as human race, just discovered that we are able to talk whenever we like and read whatever we want.

Now we have to learn to keep quite and ignore inputs from outside sometimes.

It’s for our own sake.

Many people asked me what actually means Life Technology. We all have certain prejudice and we mainly think that technology have something to do with machines, computers, software, hardware etc. Its very hard for us to take life itself as technology. But it is, and its going to be the most important technology of 21st Century. Much more important than Formal Technology, how I call all man made technology, which will slowly lose value because it will be available everywhere and people will be more and more aware of its limitations.

More and more Life Technology will be introduced in those areas where Formal Technology has failed.

I will draw few parallels to show how Life Technology is sharing same principles as Formal Technology and it requires lots of skills if we want to create happy, rich and successful life:

Learn how to use it
Whenever you get certain piece of software or hardware you have to go through learning steps before you can use it easily. Life is same. We get born and we go to school with purpose to learn how to manage your life. You learn basic rules, and you are ready to go. But you are not finish there. During all your life you are forced to learn. Learn how to deal with relationships, marriage, kids, job, money, parents, friends and all other things involved with daily life. Better we learn how to deal with each aspect of life – better life we have. Some people refuse to learn and they get negative life results because they overdid certain things or simply didn’t read instruction.

Service / maintenance
Everybody understand that if we don’t bring our car to regular service at least every year or two that we could expect problems with it. How about life? Does life need service too? Sure does, and much more regular than car. The problem is that most of us are going for service after damage is made and than its much harder to repair it. Our life is much more valuable than car and we should take care of maintaining our life much more often.

Life updates
After we receive our new software usually after few weeks or months we get notification that the update is available. This update have bug fixes, and improved speed and functionality. If we want to keep our life always on top of the wave we have to know that our understanding of life needs constant updates. Something what was truth yesterdays doesn’t mean it will be truth tomorrow. Something what was moral 200 years ago is very likely to be against the law today. Many people think that life rules are same few thousands years ago and now, but they are not. Few hundreds years ago the highest achievement in life was to have roof over the head, family and enough food to eat. In today’s world for most of the people these are just raw basics. People want to travel, meet other people, enjoy and exchange experiences. Having piece of bread every day on the table will definitely not make you happy anymore.

Engineers & Developers / Teachers & Masters
If you have a broken computer and you are not very skillful in that area, you will have to bring that computer to local service where some technician will fix it for you. There are many areas in our life which are simply not fixable for us and you will need help from somebody to make it right. There are people in this world who simply knows more about life patterns and how to fix certain situations. Teachers and Masters are necessary in our life to be able to develop further. And this is not only during the school. We need guidance all our life.

Better quality materials
We saw technology developing from raw use of fire, steam, metal, oils and all the way to solar energy, nuclear and nano technology. Human nature is to search always for lighter, more durable and better performing materials. Life Technology requires also better materials to support development. Just hundreds years ago most of our ancestors were working very hard in the fields. This kind of activity required high consumption of energy and that’s why people were eating much heavier food like red meat, drinking wine to boost energy and sleep quite a lot. In today’s world where amount of physical work is much less we are forced to produce different types of food to support that. Our bodies are not build anymore to digest large masses of meat and alcohol. We sleep less and we are eating now more vegetables, fruits and grains and we even using different types of technology to make water lighter. The whole universe evolution is going towards being lighter and faster. People who are not able to adapt to this will very soon have quite hard time surviving normal life.

Importance of goal
Behind every technology there is a goal. We invented the car so we can move faster. We invented electricity so we can live more comfortable. We invented internet so we can communicate easier. How about life goal? If every piece of metal or plastic on this earth have his own goal how about our own life? Can we live happy and successful life without a goal?

The goal is the most important ingredient in our life. Forget about luck, money, parents background or anything else, the goal is the engine which keeps your life humming and can override any obstacle. Only by reaching your goal you can enjoy true happiness and inner peace. More higher goal you have, more life satisfaction you get. And don’t forget. Once you reach you goal, there is another one waiting for you. Once you stop having a goal, your life stops.

Twitter has been again in news. I feel like it never went out in last few months . This time because of rumors of Google buying them for this and that amount. Its not thankful task to try to predict how much any company worth. To be able to make calculation you have to apply many business measures, see it from hundreds of different angles and doesn’t matter how good you do it there will be always people saying its to expensive or its too cheap.

So here i will not try to figure out what is value of Twitter but I would like to put out some observations regarding Twitter’s main strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. (SWOT analysis)

Strength:
Being first on the market usually doesn’t mean anything but in Twittter case this could be very important fact. Since Twitter started to gain popularity, I would say 2 years ago, there is some magical attraction around it which nobody can deny it. Its not so often that some product / service is born and people get absolutely fanatical about it. Twitter is one of them. Many people are asking what is a big fuss about it and telling us that Google could easily build a service which would wipe off Twitter in few months. This will not happened that easy. Twitter gained a certain magical attraction which is not possible to copy just by investing loads of money and fancy technology in it. And Google knows about this and that’s why they want to buy service, not build it.

Twitter’s magical attraction is the main strength they have at the moment and it will keep them going for long time if they stick to the original formula.

Weakness:
Current main weakness is the technical non stability causing system crashing from time to time. For some people this could be quite annoying because more and more people are using this service in daily business communication and having Twittter being down for hour or so can be quite frustrating for them. But even in this main weakness which is anyway showing less and less lately, Twitter costumers are showing fantastic patience never shown before on any other product / service. Users of Twitter are so dedicated that they are ready to wait for system to get stable by time and most of them do not search for alternative.

Opportunity:
Since Google showing up 10 years ago, I never saw a service which carries so much gold deep under. For first time in history we have a service which makes sense of millions and millions random messages all around the world. These messages can be packed in different products like weather reports, sport results, movie reviews, breaking news, product / service reviews and hundreds and hundreds of other. Its SMS 2.0 or we could call it UMS, Universal Messaging System.

Many of these services will be not developed by Twitter it self. And that’s the beauty of it. Twitter only needs to keep machine humming and implement new features from time to time while other developers will make sure that this endless stream of information gets packed in further products and services.

Twitter is showing a way for huge development in the fields of communication. I’m sure that in 5 or 10 years some new service will come and show new way, but I believe that next decade will be ruled by talking little birds.

Threat:
Michael Arrington in one of the latest posts regarding Twitter have asked a key question: “Does Twitter fully understand the value of this feed?” And I would say that this is a key threat for Twitter development. People behind this service did a fantastic job putting together this magical messaging system. If you ask me, they are the only one who can carry it on the next level. All these approaches from Google and others with millions / billions of dollars will put them in real test. How far the rabbit hole goes? Are we able to refuse this money and make it much bigger? What if we fail, we could end up with nothing?

These questions are rising in their heads and are the real threat for Twitter’s success and I hope they are up to it. Nobody can replace them on this mission. No any engineer, CEO or marketing expert paid by Google or Microsoft. Some things are simply beyond money’s jurisdiction.

There is lots of noise lately regarding a sky rocketing service called Twitter.
I noticed that most of the people react on quite similar way. On first idea of global messaging service which is limited on 140 characters where people are sending messages about what they are doing at this moment most of people react quite negative and they refuse to take part of it.

I was also like that until few months ago. I was using Facebook and I was very happy to be able to see what my friends and family are up to regardless where they are. At that time Twitter was for me just a random stream of useless messages created by people who have nothing to do. But than I gave it a try. Within just few weeks I found my self using Twitter more than Facebook.
I was attracted to Twitter by few key things:
1. People on Twitter are much more creative than on FB (I think that 140 char. does the trick)
2. Messages on Twitter are way more useful and appealing than on FB
3. Within few weeks I got 40 contacts, most of them live in Hamburg (where I live) and I met personally 5 of those people. In one year on FB I didn’t meet one new person. You could if you force it but that’s not the point. On Twitter meeting people in person comes naturally.
4. By being able to connect easier with local tweets I have access to large number of interesting people who are offering services which I would like to use and like that helping my business to grow.
5. Twitter is unique search engine with enormous potential. This search engine I call Group Intelligence in real time.

And this is where we come to the topic of this post.

We all know that creators of Twitter never predicted this kind of development. Main reason for this happening is the fact that we are dealing with Group Intelligence. It can’t be predicted, can’t be stopped and it’s very hard for us to understand the very nature of it.

Artificial Intelligence, on other side is completely different. It’s a man made intelligence and like that it has always it’s limitations and it can be predicted. If you create a software which runs on PC it’s very easy to predict how this software will behave on certain inputs. Not all of us can do that but there are thousands of engineers who are able to.

Computer is made of physical parts made by humans. Software is made of large lines of complicated codes again made by humans.

There is no single corner of this system which can’t be explained by some of us. In the case that software or computer starts to malfunction, it will only take few minutes, max. few days to figure out what went wrong and fix it.

In the case of Group Intelligence things are completely different. Humans behavior is result of multiple responds on endless inputs from outside: working surrounding, people, climate, weather, positions of the planet, internal emotions, money situation, health conditions etc… these are just few main ones from endless list of influences.

People connect with each other on multiple levels which can’t be easily explained.

A Twitter service is a platform where those sophisticated human interaction have found a healthy soil where they can spread their roots (and wings). These roots are getting bigger and stronger every day and more complex they get, harder it will be to stop. Nobody will even dare to stop.

People are slowly recognizing this and they are starting to explore all possibilities. And they are huge, endless I would say. And this is because it’s not man made Artificial Intelligence, it’s a Group Intelligence which is completely natural, without any control and unpredictable.

Some of you are probably thinking now “but what’s the difference between Facebook and Twitter. Facebook is also Group Intelligence”. That’s true but there is a key difference in the nature of these two services. Facebook is mostly about presenting yourself, your business and your services. There is lots of showing off on Facebook

Twitter, because of it’s limitation on 140 char. is mostly about serving other people by providing information, giving guidance and helping people to find what they want. People on Twitter are more modest I would say.

Facebook and Twitter do share these characteristics but it’s getting more and more clear that there is a difference in the nature of these two services.

Twitter is tapping in completely new fields of human communication and cooperation and I believe that Twittermania will get even bigger. People are still exploring how to use that endless stream of information and pack it in new services and I believe that in year or two Twitter will be the most powerful source of information, impossible to control or censor without destroying it. If Internet is a hardware which keeps engine humming than Twitter will be one of it’s most important softwares bringing real life into machines.

I definitely came to conclusion that there are limits in how many tweets I can read in a day. I don’t know for others but i don’t have intention to try to catch every burp (I’m mean blog in this case . In today’s world of massive information I found most difficult part is to be able to filter out the noise. Which is, in my case, at least 99.9 %

My lucky number is 32 so I will limit my number of people I follow on 32. (ok, ok, I’m over 40 followers now Everybody is welcome to give it a try and who knows, you might even kick somebody out of the list. Like Clint Eastwood would say in Dirty Harry: “Are you feeling lucky, punk”

On end of each month I will announce my favorite twitter of the month plus some special thanks for those who I think are contributing to the twitterland on positive & progressive way. (I gave up on this one, no time)

I’m also considering to announce those who are hanging on edge of the list but that might be too harsh. Will see about that. (It is harsh)

have fun
